We’re starting off 2018 with the very exciting news that we get to welcome in our new CEO, Nat Maher, to lead the business. Nat joins us from Good to lead our team of 37 Partners, help challenge and champion ourselves – and our creative work – in a constantly evolving industry. Her strategic direction will help us build on our established strengths and harness our status as a fully independent, employee-owned creative agency, as we head in to the next stage of the Partnership.
Nat comes to us naturally laden with excellence. As well as her time as MD of award-winning brand consultancy Good, she’s also been Group Communications Director at Elmwood across London, Leeds, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and Melbourne, and spent many years at the DBA. She writes a column for Design Week and founded Kerning The Gap in 2015, exploring how to achieve gender balance at work with like-minded people who want to see more women in design leadership.
