A new manifesto
This evening, at The Curzon cinema, Victoria, we revealed the Nova Manifesto, a new approach to commercial leasing, and an innovative way to brief agents.
The Nova brand is all about engaging with “People who think differently”. So, it was only appropriate to introduce it to the agents in an unusual and memorable way.
The eight-point Manifesto is the backbone of a commercial campaign that uses a strong graphic language to outline the developers’ vision.
We invited all the agents to a launch event, and presented a fifteen-minute film that explained the Manifesto. But it was more than just a film. We incorporated surprising interactive elements throughout, creating a captivating, immersive experience.
By connecting with these key people in a curious way, we established a relationship that centres around an experience of difference, which acts as a constant reminder of this development’s unique character.
