We’ve been working with Capco to create a brand identity for their latest collection of luxury apartments: The Floral Court Collection. Inspired by the heritage of Covent Garden market, the architecture reflects the shape of stacked market crates. We used this unique shape to inform all of the design assets, from typesetting and font, through to logo and print design.
Our brand idea ‘At home with experience’ shows off the property’s two key attributes: feeling at home in the beautifully crafted apartments, and the unrivalled experience the prime location in the heart of Covent Garden offers. No two apartments in Floral Court are the same. Neither is any of the sales material. All print is personalised to reflect each unique apartment and the ever-changing experience that the incredible location provides. The handcrafted welcome packs, brochures and look books are all customisable so that each customer receives a brand experience tailored to their individual needs and interests.
As part of The Floral Court Collection’s sales campaign, we created a short film to highlight some of the amazing benefits that the Floral Court Collection has to offer. We were also lucky enough to shoot this on the Arri Alexa Mini which has given us some stunning results.
