Our MD, Jonty Roots, was a guest speaker at the 2nd Annual Marketing Summit in London organised by Estates Gazette, on stage talking branding and property. He explained how Pollitt & Partners approach property developments as brands, not products, looking beyond the bricks and mortar and exploring the real stories that connect people with property.
Jonty introduced the concept of “supernova brands” to a packed house of marketers and developers. The idea reflects the live fast die young nature of property development marketing. These aren’t brands for life. They have a fixed lifespan. They need to hit the market fast and burn bright.
