BT’s new high-end consumer product is a powerful Wi-Fi system that ensures signal throughout the home. It’s the first of its kind to launch in the UK and a statement launch for the company that puts them ahead of the competition.
In partnership with the BT brand team we worked on all aspects of the identity, from product naming and graphic language to point of sale and tone of voice.
To help establish the new product’s profile we also developed product videos to sit on the BT Shop website. The videos sold the benefits of the technology by expressing the many ways people all over the UK use internet throughout the home.
The results were the highest recorded pre-sales to date on the BT Shop, and our branded product featured at the CES Innovation Awards in Las Vegas. We continue to work with BT Consumer Devices and BT Wi-Fi on a range of projects, including the second phase of Whole Home Wi-Fi.
