Castleforge Partners is a successful private real estate investment firm that has invested over £500 million in asset value throughout the UK since 2010.
They wanted to convert some of their city centre real estate to enter the serviced offices market and needed a consumer-facing brand that communicated their concept for well-designed, efficient office space aimed at small to medium-sized businesses.
We delivered a bold new name – Clockwise – and brand identity based on our brand idea, works your way. This both unifies the business and shows the audience that however you work, Clockwise works your way. We worked collaboratively with the client through the whole process, influencing interior design, furnishings, environmental graphics, products and memberships.
Results:
From the first launch in Glasgow, Clockwise attracted 140 new members/tenants from 50 different companies. With success brings expansion, and new Clockwise spaces are already set to open in Glasgow, Belfast and other UK cities
