A2 Dominion New Homes needed their own distinct identity to break into the private housing sector. It had to work for a massive audience, from single buyers, to rental and shared ownership, and be flexible enough to work across the overall brand and development sub-brands.
Working with A2 Dominion, we developed the name FABRICA, supported by the brand idea ‘better ways to live’. It captures their commitment to high-quality interior design and architecture, as well as FABRICA’s sustainable approach. This brand idea shaped the warm, informative and eloquent tone of voice and guidelines, a ‘brand toolkit’ and the corporate website. For the website we created flexible templates, enabling the client to be consistent across future development brands, whilst keeping design costs to a minimum.
The FABRICA website received an incredible 12,900 unique visits in the two weeks following launch, and was shortlisted for a Property Marketing Award 2015 .
