Festival Republic is the UK’s largest festival and event promoter, owning and co-producing events for more than half a million people each year.
To promote their Wireless Festival we were tasked with creating compelling content for their social media channels to give a reflection of the event in 2016 and with enough content to promote the festival and encourage ticket sales for the following year.
For the campaign, we introduced them to the concept of cinemagraphs – looped animated gifs which give the illusion of subtly moving photographs – and created a suite of them to be used as part of the wider social stream.
